Nonpublic Schools Religious Education Departments of each religious denomination in the state of Illinois are members of ICNS as Organizational Members. Their schools join ICNS as Affiliate school members. What if you are not an organization or a school that is part of an organization in Illinois and want to join ICNS? You could also be an Affiliate Member! Affiliate Members are also non-public educational institutions or organizations concerned directly or indirectly with nonpublic education but not qualifying as an organizational member. Affiliate Members do not vote on policy decisions but they can impact nonpublic education by supporting the work that ICNS does.
